We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for peak seasons (June-October and December-January). For other times, 3-6 months is usually sufficient. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible, but availability for premium lodges and guides may be limited.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure receive a 90% refund. Between 30-60 days, we offer a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may be credited toward future travel with us. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
